1. Welcome & Acceptance
By accessing or using SwiftPick (https://swiftpick.io), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept all provisions herein, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh followed by NATLEX.
Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
3. Privacy & Cookies

We process personal data only with your explicit consent and in compliance with the Digital Security Act, 2018—Act No. 46 of 2018, enacted to prevent digital offences—and its definitions of “personal data” as requiring explicit consent made by ICNL.
The Cyber Security Act, 2023 repealed the Digital Security Act while retaining its core data-protection framework and reducing most penalties followed by ICNL.

4. Data Security & Breach Notification
Although Bangladeshi law does not currently mandate statutory breach notifications to regulators or individuals, SwiftPick employs industry-standard security measures and will notify affected users promptly in the unlikely event of a data breach.
5. Consumer Rights & Complaints
Under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009, consumers are entitled to replacement, repair, or refund if digital goods or services are defective or fail to meet advertised specifications followed by SSRN.
For e-commerce transactions, payments must be refunded within 10 days in case of non-delivery of a product followed by DNCRP
You may lodge complaints with the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection or the Consumer Court in your district; violations under this Act may incur fines (up to BDT 200,000) or imprisonment followed by Gopalganj consumer rights.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, SwiftPick and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights for content on SwiftPick. You may view and download material for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You must not:
Copy, republish, sell, rent, sub-license, or reproduce any material from SwiftPick.
Redistribute SwiftPick’s content without express written permission.
7. User-Generated Content
Certain areas of the site allow you to post comments and other content (“User Content”). By posting, you grant SwiftPick a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content. SwiftPick does not pre-screen content but reserves the right to remove anything deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of these Terms.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
All content on SwiftPick is provided “as is” for informational purposes only. SwiftPick disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwiftPick’s total liability arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid for any paid services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SwiftPick, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the site or breach of these Terms.
10. Modifications & Termination
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of SwiftPick after such changes constitutes acceptance. SwiftPick reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms.
